Own the product vision and roadmap, supporting the transformation from CRM 7.0 (on premise) to SAP S/4HANA CM (Customer Management)
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including release planning
Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
Translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to successful delivery
Ensure data quality, process consistency, and compliance
Support adoption through training, communication, and change management
Enable and drive system adoption across multiple countries
Profil
Min. 7 years proven experience as a (Business-) Product Owner in a CRM related environment, ideally with SAP CRM or S/4HANA CM
Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer processes
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence, Azure DevOps, all MS office applications etc.
Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders also in high management positions
Experience in global rollouts and change management
Knowledge of data, BI, or marketing automation is an advantage
Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Fluent in German and English
